Return & Exchange Policy

At Nu Light Candles, we want you to love every single glow you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at nulightcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If your candle arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Please send a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery to nulightcandleco@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of you right away.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
